About IPO Allotment Matrix

IPO Allotment Matrix tracks every open, upcoming and recently closed Mainboard and SME IPO on India's exchanges, and shows how many times each investor category is subscribed — along with a rough estimate of your chance of getting an allotment. The goal is to put subscription data, issue details, and allotment odds in one place, without needing to check NSE and a handful of registrar sites separately.

Where the data comes from

Subscription numbers, issue details and documents are pulled live from NSE's public IPO data. We don't run our own survey or estimate — if NSE hasn't updated a number yet, neither have we. Figures can lag the real-time bidding by a few minutes. See our disclaimer for the full breakdown of exactly what's sourced from where.

How the allotment odds are calculated

For a category subscribed N times, roughly 1 in N applicants get the minimum lot — that's the whole model. It ignores proportionate allotment for very small oversubscription and the exact lottery mechanics the registrar uses, so treat it as a quick gut-check, not a guarantee. Actual allotment is decided solely by the registrar's computerised lottery under SEBI's rules.

What you can do here

Browse every open, upcoming and recently closed IPO with live subscription figures; check category-wise allotment odds for Retail, S-HNI and B-HNI; compare two or three IPOs side by side; and jump straight to the right registrar to check your allotment status once it's out.

Who runs this
